Q: WHAT DATE IS QUEENSLAND GARDEN EXPO ON? 

A: Queensland Garden Expo is on Friday 13th July, Saturday 14th July and Sunday 15th July.   

Q: WHAT TIMES DO THE GATES OPEN? 

A: Friday 8am – 5pm 
Saturday 8am – 5pm 
Sunday 8am – 4pm   

Q: ARE TICKETS DAY SPECIFIC? 

A: Yes and No. Single day tickets purchased online can be used for any day of the event. We will simply scan your ticket upon entry. The 2 Day Weekend Pass can be used on Saturday and Sunday only.   

Q: HOW MUCH DO TICKETS COST? 

A: An Adult single day ticket is $20. Please visit the Buy Tickets page on our website for a full list of ticket prices.   

Q: ARE THERE PENSIONER DISCOUNTS? 

A: Yes. Concession applies to Pensioner Concession Card, Queensland Senior Card and Disability Card - identification is required.   

Q: I’M A CARER/COMPANION, DO I RECEIVE A DISCOUNT?   

A:
COMPANION CARD People with a disability who require a companion to access the event with them must produce their ‘Companion Card’ at time of ticket purchase. This will allow the card holder’s companion to attend the event free of charge. Normal adult and concession prices will apply to the Companion Card holder.   

CARER CARD Queensland Carer Card holders will be entitled to the discounted concession priced ticket & may purchase one per Carer Card presented at the ticket box.   

Q: ARE THERE GROUP DISCOUNT PRICES? 

A: Yes! There is a discount price for groups of 10 or more.   

Q: WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS? 

A: Tickets are available for purchase online and also on arrival at the 3 entry gates to the Queensland Garden Expo.   

Q: HOW DO I RECEIVE THE TICKETS I PURCHASED ONLINE? 

A: Either print your tickets at home to present on arrival or show your tickets on your smart phone on arrival.   

Q: CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY TICKET? 

A: Yes, please contact our office on 5441 4655 up to 24 hours prior.   

Q: IS THERE BE PARKING AVAILABLE? 

A: Yes, parking is available in the Expo grounds at $7.00 per car (space permitting). There is also other parking available in the streets around the Nambour Showgrounds, at the Nambour Primary School and in other designated areas as advertised.   

Q: IS THERE DISABLED PARKING? 

A: Yes, there are disabled parking spaces available within the grounds, space permitting.        

Q: IS THERE PUBLIC TRANSPORT AVAILABLE TO AND FROM THE EXPO? 

A: There is a FREE shuttle bus from the Nambour Station to the Expo. See the timetable for pick-up/drop off times.  

Q: DO YOU HAVE CREDIT CARD AND EFTPOS FACILITIES AVAILABLE AT THE GATE? 

A: Credit Card and Eftpos facilities are available at the gates however some stalls will only accept cash.   

Q: IS THERE AN ATM AT THE EXPO? 

A: Yes. There are 2 within the grounds.   

Q: IS FIRST AID AVAILABLE ON SITE? 

A: Yes, there is First Aid available during Expo hours.   

Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED FOR THE ENTRY FEE? 

A: Entry to all talks, displays, workshops and exhibits.   

Q: WHAT IS THERE FOR THE KIDS TO DO? 

A: Free children’s playground with tea cup ride, jumping castle and giant slide, animal farm, children’s potting and craft activities. These activities are subject to change at any time without notice.   

Q: WHEN WILL THE PRESENTERS BE AT THE EXPO? 

A: Many of our speakers will be at the event on all three days however some will only be in attendance on select days. Please check your program for specific days / times.   

Q: WHAT ARE THE COSTS OF EXHIBITOR SITES?

A: Please visit the Exhibitor Info page on our website for an exhibitor site price list. Exhibitor bookings opened in November 2017 and all previous exhibitors have been notified by email newsletter.           

Q: CAN I BRING MY DOG TO THE EXPO?

A: Unfortunately while we love dogs, pets are not permitted at the Expo.           

Q: HOW CAN I GET A COPY OF THE PROGRAM GUIDE

A: The Program Guide will be available on our website closer to the event or you can pick up your copy at any of our event entrances.
